皮肤多点位多光谱分析(支持 multipart 直传)

/analysis_skin_multi
皮肤主推接口,支持 1-7 任意点位子集,且每个点位至少提供一个光源 URL。所属业务为皮肤业务,计划使用 https://api.glamskin.ai;但该新路由尚未加入 nginx 域名白名单,经域名调用会 404,当前仅 http://45.207.228.66:5000 IP 直连可用。业务 code=204 通过 HTTP 200 响应体返回,不是真正的 HTTP 204。 2026-07-24 起支持 multipart/form-data 直传模式(与 JSON URL 模式按 Content-Type 自动区分,响应结构一致且每点位节点新增 source_urls 原图 URL,供调用方写扫描记录——AI 侧不写业务库)。

两种传图方式(本接口同时支持,按 Content-Type 自动区分)#

方式一:JSON URL 模式(旧,兼容保留) — 图先传 OSS/图床,请求体只带 URL,服务器自行下载:
方式二:multipart 直传(新,推荐) — 图像文件直接放进请求,快约 2.2 倍(实测 21 图 46s→21s)。
文件字段名 pos{1-7}_{led|polarized|uv} 即点位×光源;公共参数打包进文本字段 meta:

响应结构两种模式一致;每点位节点的 source_urls(原图 URL)供业务侧写库。
限制:单文件 ≤10MB(超返 400)、整请求 ≤100MB(超返 413)。

2026-08-10 起(algo-v0.32.1):UV 面部油脂检测新增灰世界自动白平衡,自动兼容新厂家未做白平衡的蓝紫 UV 原图(按 B/R 通道均值比阈值 1.5 自动判别)。老设备图不触发、数值零回归;新厂家设备图此前近乎恒 0 检出,升级后 oil_count/oil_density/oil_area 返回真实数值属预期,勿当回归。
